Nothing on this website creates a mentorship, employment, or contractual relationship. A formal relationship is only established once a written agreement has been signed by both parties following a successful application.
3. The Program — No Guarantee of Acceptance
Submitting an enquiry or application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. Hope. Joy. Thrive. reserves the right to decline any application at its sole discretion.

4. Program Agreement
The specific terms governing participation in the Hope. Joy. Thrive. mentorship program — including fees, revenue split, duration, responsibilities, and exit arrangements — are set out in a separate Program Agreement provided to successful applicants before the program commences.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Program Agreement, the Program Agreement takes precedence.

Hope. Joy. Thrive. is connected to the Hope & Joy Therapy Clinic. However, the two operate as separate entities with separate websites, privacy policies, and terms and conditions. Participation in the Hope. Joy. Thrive. program does not automatically confer employment or associate status at Hope & Joy Therapy Clinic. The terms of any clinical association are set out separately in the Program Agreement.
